I own a doll’s set of blue and white ceramics, and this piece is part of my ongoing fascination with those ornate, miniature vessels. The scene on this creamer is entirely invented—my own version of the timeless narratives often painted on Chinese porcelain. I love imagining these stories as if they’d always belonged there.
