Living on the side of a mountain for 25 years with only wildlife as neighbors left me looking into and after a lot of wild growth that seemingly sprouted and amassed overnight. I was awestruck by the magnificence.

This painting reflects how I credit the earth for her eternal growth with minimal resources. Also can there really be too much pink-- especially florescent? I doubt it. The only way I can get this much pinkness is using a bingo daubber.

Layers and layers of hanging lushness form the foundation for this painting. The delicate veins of flowers become the walls of the forests. It's the ephemeral facade for the infrastructure of the wild. I believe in the power of our earth to reinvent itself season after season. I refuse to believe we cannot save our precious home. Go. Look. The power of reinvention is right beside us day after day.
