Point of View
2025, MONOPRINT, ACRYLIC, COLLAGE, 23.75 X 17.75”, UNFRAMED
This piece holds a sense of motion — of moving forward into something you can feel before you fully see it. A seawall, streams of light, layered surfaces and grids all suggest structure and resistance, while the flowing blues and drips speak to water, momentum, and uncertainty.
I don’t want to overdefine what is happening here. For me, it carries the quiet tension of approaching a boundary — the moment when you realize you are on a course toward impact, but you are still in motion, still choosing, still alive with possibility.
